By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

1. About Our Services
Charleston Photography Tours offers self-guided photography adventures, digital educational materials, photography-related merchandise, and other products described on our website.
Our self-guided adventures are designed to help photographers explore locations independently using expert guidance, location information, photography tips, and GPS references.
Our self-guided adventures do not include an in-person tour guide, transportation, or supervision unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Digital Photography Guides
Our digital guides are provided electronically and are intended for use on compatible personal devices.
Customers are responsible for having the necessary devices, software, internet access, and other resources needed to download and use purchased materials.
We make reasonable efforts to provide functional, accurate digital products. If you experience a delivery or access problem, please contact us for assistance.
3. Digital Product Purchases and Refunds
Because our photography guides are delivered digitally and can be accessed after purchase, digital purchases are generally considered final once the purchased content has been successfully delivered or made available.
However, we will review requests involving duplicate purchases, technical delivery problems, defective files, or products that materially differ from their descriptions.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights available under applicable law.

Purchasing a digital guide grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the guide for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Purchased guides may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded for public access, or shared commercially without prior written permission.
Customers retain ownership of photographs they personally capture during their adventures.
5. Self-Guided Adventure Safety
Our photography adventures take place in real-world environments that may include beaches, marshes, wooded areas, historic streets, trails, and other outdoor locations.
Conditions can change without notice.
Potential hazards may include uneven ground, slippery surfaces, tides, changing weather, wildlife, vehicle traffic, limited cellular reception, and other natural or environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for evaluating conditions, following applicable laws and posted instructions, and making safe decisions about whether to visit or enter any location.
Always respect wildlife, private property, restricted areas, and local regulations.
Do not enter closed or unsafe locations, regardless of whether they are referenced in a guide.
6. GPS Coordinates and Location Information
GPS coordinates, maps, directions, and location descriptions are provided as helpful reference materials.
Although we strive for accuracy, routes, access points, parking availability, and geographical conditions may change.
Charleston Photography Tours cannot guarantee that all locations will remain accessible or that GPS information will be accurate in every circumstance.
Customers should verify current conditions and official access requirements before traveling.
7. Weather, Tides, and Location Availability
Photography conditions are influenced by weather, tides, seasonal changes, natural events, maintenance, and government restrictions.
Certain locations may be temporarily or permanently inaccessible.
Customers are responsible for checking relevant forecasts, tide information, operating hours, fees, permits, and closures.
Unless otherwise required by law, ordinary changes in weather, lighting, or location conditions do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Our guides provide professional guidance intended to help customers improve their photography experience.
Actual results will vary depending on weather, lighting, equipment, experience, timing, and individual creative decisions.
We do not guarantee specific photographs, wildlife sightings, weather conditions, or photographic outcomes.
9. Merchandise Orders
Physical merchandise may be produced and fulfilled through Printful or other designated fulfillment providers.
Shipping times, product availability, and delivery estimates may vary.
Because certain products are made to order, returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, personal preference, or change of mind may be limited as disclosed at purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue so we can review an appropriate resolution.
Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates issued by Charleston Photography Tours are subject to their original purchase terms and applicable law.
Customers seeking to redeem a previously issued gift card or certificate should contact us with the original purchase information so we can verify its status and available balance.
Changes to our products or services do not automatically invalidate previously purchased gift cards or eliminate any rights associated with them.
Expiration dates, fees, and redemption restrictions are governed by applicable law and the terms in effect when the gift card was issued.
